We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our West Bend, WI Plant team. This role aligns business objectives with employees and management, focusing on recruiting, engagement, and talent development. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire diverse talent aligned with company culture.

• Implement performance management, career progression, and training programs.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and administer HR programs including benefits, leave, safety, and compliance.

• Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent.

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with emphasis on recruiting and employee engagement.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Working knowledge of employment and labor laws.

Preferred:

• Experience in plastics packaging manufacturing with ISO and Lean principles.

• Background in sourcing technical positions and building community partnerships.
