Injection molding machines shape thermoplastics, including engineering polymers, into a broad range of deodorant sticks, caps, tips, closures, plastic pipettes, oral syringes, and custom designs. Our presses range from 22 to 650 tons and house molds with up to 96 cavities. Our other capabilities include stack molding, multi-shot molding, insert molding, over-molding, and in-mold labeling. We follow scientific injection molding methods to develop and monitor our production processes.

In single-stage Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM), the preform is injection molded and immediately transferred within the same machine for stretch blow molding into the final container. This integrated process provides exceptional high-quality aesthetics, precisely oriented neck finishes, and excellent dimensional stability from container to container. The process is ideal for custom designs across a variety of markets, is less capital-intensive than 2-stage, and is appropriate for annual volumes ranging from 1-50 million containers, depending on container size.

The manufacture of our largest containers by volume relies on extrusion blow molding. We can produce round packers, canisters, Boston rounds, cylinder rounds, handleware containers, and custom designs in a variety of shapes and sizes, with neck finishes that are blown to reduce weight or compressed to improve dimensional accuracy. Because of their volume and neck size, powder and wipe canisters are made exclusively on extrusion blow molding machines.

Two-stage injection stretch blow molding is an ideal solution for high-volume PET packaging applications. The process begins with injection molding PET preforms, which are then reheated and stretch blow molded into finished containers. This approach provides excellent clarity, strength, and dimensional consistency while supporting efficient, high-speed production.

At our Calgary, Canada manufacturing facility, injection molding systems produce precision-engineered PET preforms for a wide range of packaging applications. The reheating process enables the production of blemish-free bottles with consistent thread finishes, superior container quality, and optimized manufacturing efficiency, making two-stage injection stretch blow molding an excellent choice for large-scale production.
